Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you download, trial or buy Flopnado. Please read them before you buy. If anything is unclear, email us and we'll explain.

Last updated: 15 October 2026

1. Who we are

Flopnado is a product made and sold by Patrick Labaki, a sole trader based in Ireland ("we", "us", "our").

"You" means the person downloading, trialling or buying Flopnado. "Software" means the Flopnado application, its installer, updates and documentation.

2. Agreeing to these terms

By installing the Software, requesting a trial key or buying a licence, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age for gambling where you live if that is higher.

If you are buying as a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away the rights you have under Irish and EU consumer law.

3. Your licence

The Software is licensed to you, not sold. When you buy a lifetime licence, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the Software for your own poker study and play.

  • Two computers. One licence key can be active on up to 2 computers at a time. To move it to a new computer, deactivate it on an old one first, or email us and we'll help.
  • Lifetime. "Lifetime" means your licence does not expire and you won't be charged again. It includes the updates we release for Flopnado. It does not mean we promise to keep developing the Software forever. See section 11.
  • One person. Your key is for you. You may not share, sell, rent, lend or give it away.
  • Windows and Mac. The Software runs on 64-bit Windows 10 and 11, and on Macs with an Apple chip or an Intel processor. Please use the free trial to check it works on your computer before you buy.

4. Free trial and free version

You can request one free trial key with your email address. For 48-hour from when the key is created, every part of the Software is unlocked. No payment details are needed.

When the trial ends, the Software keeps working as a free version with the HUD, the stats popup, analytics and the hand replayer. By position and Vs Hero stats, the calculators and the GTO solver need a lifetime licence. We may change what's included in the free version in future updates.

There is one trial per person and one per computer. We may refuse or cancel trial keys if we believe someone is trying to get repeated trials, for example by using multiple email addresses.

5. Price and payment

The price is shown on our website in euro and includes any VAT that applies. Payments are handled securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

A contract between us is formed when your payment is confirmed. Your licence key is then emailed to the address you gave at checkout, normally within a few minutes. If it hasn't arrived within an hour, check your spam folder and then email us.

Early adopter or launch prices are offered for a limited time. If you buy at one of these prices, that price is final for your purchase. We won't charge you more later.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Online purchases in the EU normally come with a 14-day right to cancel. For digital content that is delivered immediately, that right ends once delivery starts, if you have agreed to this.

At checkout you will be asked to confirm that you want your licence key delivered straight away, and that you understand you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the key has been sent to you. Because the key is delivered immediately after payment, we do not give refunds if you change your mind.

That's why the full Software is available as a free trial first. Please use it to make sure Flopnado is right for you before buying.

This does not affect your rights if the Software is faulty or not as described. See the next section.

7. If something goes wrong

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022, digital content must be as described, fit for purpose and of reasonable quality. If the Software doesn't meet those standards, contact us and we will first try to fix it within a reasonable time and at no cost to you. If we can't, or if the problem is serious, you may be entitled to a price reduction or a refund.

These are your legal rights and nothing in these terms limits them. You can read more on the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission website.

8. What you must not do

You must not, and must not help anyone else to:

  • copy, modify, translate or create works based on the Software, except as the law expressly allows;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, except to the limited extent the law permits and cannot be excluded;
  • remove, bypass or interfere with the licence system, the trial limits, or the lock that disables study tools during live play;
  • share, publish, sell or resell licence keys, or use key generators or cracked versions;
  • use the Software to break the rules of any poker site, or any law;
  • use the Software to build a competing product, or remove any copyright or trademark notices.

9. Poker site rules

Every poker site has its own rules about third-party software, and they can change at any time. Flopnado is designed to fit the rules most sites apply to trackers: the HUD uses only completed hand histories, and the study tools lock while a real-money table is open. Flopnado has been reviewed against PokerStars' third-party tools policy.

However, you are responsible for checking and following the rules of each site you play on. We are not responsible for any action a poker site takes against your account, including warnings, confiscated winnings or closure, whether or not you used Flopnado.

10. No guarantee of winnings

Flopnado is a study and tracking tool. Its statistics, equity figures and solver output are estimates based on the data and settings available, and may contain errors. They are not advice to play in a particular way. We do not promise that using Flopnado will make you win or reduce your losses.

Poker involves the risk of losing money. Only play where it is legal for you, and only with money you can afford to lose. If you need support, visit gamblingcare.ie.

11. Updates and the licence server

We may release updates to fix problems, add sites or features, or keep up with changes to poker sites' hand history formats. Poker sites can change their formats without warning, so support for a particular site may break for a time until an update is released.

Activating and checking your licence needs an internet connection to our licence server. We'll use reasonable efforts to keep it running. If we ever decide to stop running it, we will make reasonable efforts to first release an update so that existing lifetime licences keep working without it.

The Software, including its code, design, interface, text, stat explanations and graphics, and the content of this website, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. They belong to us or our licensors. Apart from the licence in section 3, no rights are given to you.

"Flopnado" and the Flopnado logo are our trade names. PokerStars, 888poker, Red Star Poker, ACR Poker, Paddy Power Poker, KingPoker, bet365, Betsson, Winamax and any other site names and logos shown on our website belong to their owners. They are used only to show which sites the Software works with. Flopnado is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any of them.

If you believe something on our website infringes your rights, email us and we'll deal with it promptly.

13. Our liability

If we break these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our failure to take reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable.

Where the law allows, our total liability to you for anything to do with the Software is limited to the amount you paid for your licence. We are not liable for poker losses, lost winnings, lost profits, or action taken by poker sites.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

14. Ending your licence

You can stop using the Software at any time by uninstalling it.

We may suspend or cancel your licence key if you seriously break these terms, for example by sharing or reselling your key, or tampering with the licence system. Where it's reasonable, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to put things right. If a payment is reversed or charged back, the key it paid for may be cancelled.

15. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law or in how Flopnado works. The version that applies to your purchase is the one on our website when you bought. We won't make changes that take away rights you've already paid for.

17. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your own country, and you may bring a claim in the courts of Ireland or of your own country.

If you have a complaint, please email us first. Most problems can be sorted quickly. If we can't resolve it, you can contact the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission, or the European Consumer Centre in your country for cross-border issues.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
